Started in 1991, the festival was designed to pay tribute to the river. Located in Point Pleasant, WV, the festival attracts attention from throughout the region and other states. The festival features a variety of free activities aimed at families. Each year we host a tribute music act, a Nashville performer along with various local and regional acts.
